My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, close to the heart of Tallinn and right at the doorstep to the old town. The rooms were in need of renovation but overall good value for money. The service was a bit inconsistent, with a room change to a higher class but not as expected. The dining had a lot of options but could be more advanced.
The hotel offers big and clean rooms, but the bathroom was a letdown. The service was kind and very nice, making it a pleasant experience. The location is perfect for exploring Tallinn, right near the Old Town and convenient for transportation. The dining experience was nice overall, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering what was needed for a comfortable stay.
